Dear Mike:
We have researched and made numerous contacts with FEMA regarding
your request of March 24, 1988 (revised April 14, 1988) for
exemption under the provisions of the Floodplain Ordinance.
The attached letter from FEMA, dated May 3, 1988, allows the City
of Coppell the interpretative authority without Jeopardizing the
Flood Insurance Program.
The confirmation of your letter is based upon this information by
FEMA and your attached supporting documents.
