The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has completed the review of
your request for a conditional Letter of Map Revision for the Northport
Addition channelization project on Cottonwood Branch, dated January 21, 1986.
Prior to commencement of our review we received the required initial fee of
$400.00. Review and processing costs associated with this submittal totaled
$1,500.00.
Please forward payment of $1,100.00, representing the additional costs, to the
