In reference to the attached February 12, 1986 letter from
Hawrylak & Associates, Inc. to you, the following sets forth
our comments.
We reviewed the plans they submitted, and transmitted the
Caffey and Morrison report to you on February 7, 1986. At
that time, we had some items which we felt needed to be
addressed. The attached letter has addressed all of our
comments. The City will have to decide whether they will
maintain the channel or have the developer maintain it.
We have no further objections. If you have any questions,
