REPORT OF INSPECTION
Drawings utilized: Contract Documents / AWS D1.1-94.
Locations/item inspected: 1) Metal roof deck welds and side lap screws at
column line A to J, grid line 1 to 10.
2) Reinspection of Report 3146-4, dated 05-13-94.
Discrepancies/Comments:
1) After corrections were made, it was noted that the metal
roof deck referenced above had been welded and the side
lap screws had been installed in accordance with contract
documents.
2) Item 3 - Joist girder to expansion side - One (1) joist
girder welded on the expansion side at J x 9 has been cut
loose.
Item 4 - Joist girder to column welded connections - These
two (2) joist girders have been welded.
NOTE: Plates 3/15 x 3 x 1'0" from J to L, 1 to 9 have been
installed and welded as required.
