REPORT OF INSPECTION
Drawings utilized: Contract Documents / AWS D1.1-94.
Locations/item inspected: Column line J to s, grid line 1 to 10 except at Q
to S line between 4 to 6 this has not been erected
at this inspection.
Discrepancies/Comments:
1) Joist to panel pocket welded connections - Welds comply
except at P.1 x 1, no embed at this location.
2) Joist to joist girder welded connections - Welds comply.
3) Joist girder to expansion side - One (1) joist girder
welded on the expansion side at J x 9, contractor was
advised of this condition. Expansion bolts (A325) with
washers over slotted holes were properly installed and tacked.
4) Joist girder to column welded connections - Welds comply
except for two (2) locations, erector will review these
connections before decking.
5) Joist girder to panel pocket welded connections - Same
condition as item 4.
