NORTH MEZZANINE (EAST AND WEST SIDE)
1) Joist to panel pocket welded connections - Welds comply,
except one (1) joist east side welded one (1) side only.
Erector was advised.
2) Joist to beam welded connections - Welds comply.
3) Beam to panel pocket welded connections - Welds comply.
4) Continuous angle 3 1/2 x 3 x 1/4 on A line (West side)
not is contact with all joist. Contractor was advised.
5) Modification of column (East side) - Welds comply according
to revision from Ennis Steel.
6) A325 3/4 inch high strength bolts - Bolts have not been
tensioned at this inspection.

tensioned at this inspection.
