Drawings utilized: Vulcraft's Steel Roof Deck Prints / AWS D1.1-94
Locations/item inspected: Metal roof deck spot welds and side lap screws at
Column line J to S, grid line 10 to 17.
Discrepancies/Comments:
1) After corrections were made, it was noted that the metal
roof deck referenced above had been welded and the side
lap screws had been installed in accordance with contract
documents.
