Locations/item inspected: 1) Reinspection of Report 3024-4, dated 4-14-94.
2) Initial inspection of deck spot welds, grid line
10.2 to 17, column line G to d.
Discrepancies/Con~nents:
1) Reinspection of deck spot welds noted as not meeting
requirements in Report 3024, dated 04-14-94. We]ds have
now been properly repaired.
2) Initial inspection - After corrections were made for
a) missed welds b) welds with non-fusion and c) undersize
we]ds, it was noted that this area of the roof deck has
been properly welded.
