Dear Mr. McCann:
A Terracon Consultants, Inc. representative has continued to perform earthwork observation and
testing services for the referenced project. This report covers the services performed from
January 31 to February 19, 1994. Services provided during this period consisted of performing
field density tests on select fill placed in the building area and compacted clay fill placed in the
storm sewer and water line excavations. Concrete and drilled pier observation and testing has
also been performed during this time period and the reports of these services are being
transmitted separately.
Results of the field density tests performed during this period are attached. Tests 410-418, 458-
462,478-485, and 514-519 were performed in the utility excavations. The remaining tests were
performed on select fill placed in the building area and were referenced to the northwest building
corner which was given an assumed station of 0 south and 0 east.
