Reimbursement of Construction Inspection Fee for Park West
Commerce Center, Lot 1, Block 6
Date: March 7, 1996
On January 19, 1996 McFadden & Miller, Inc. paid a construction inspection fee for Park
West Commerce Center, Lot 1, Block 6. Since that time it has been determined that the fees
were miscalculated and on March 6, 1996 they paid the corrected amount. At this time I am
requesting that the original fees of $2,241.19 be refunded and returned to:
McFadden and Miller, Inc.
