As we discussed this morning, utilities crossing the existing natural gas pipeline are required to be
at least eighteen inches (18") away from and below the pipeline. The vault shown on the site plan will
be allowed to encroach into the easement by approximately four feet (4'). Should the exact depth or
horizontal location of the pipeline be required, please notify this office.
Also, prior to any construction wkhin the easement, please provide this office with at least forty-eight
(48) hours notice. If you have any further questions, please let me know.
