The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
1. Indicate the type of material to be placed between the existing 54" RCP and the proposed
concrete cap (See Sheet RR-4).
2. Please provide documents regarding the proposed 15' sanitary sewer easement by separate
instrument.
3. Inspection fees must be paid prior to approval of construction plans.
Once these comments have been addressed the City would have no objections to the proposed
