Ihe City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans. The following co~ents
were made by Travis Cramp with Building Inspection Depar~ent. If you have any questions
contact h~ at 462-9010.
1. Screening wall required along Airline Drive.
2. Islands should be provided in parking lot.
The following comments were made by the Public Works Division. If you have any questions,
they can be reached at 462-8495.
3. Provide the right detail for double check valve.
4. Identify meter locations.
5. Irrigation controllers must have freeze protection sensors, surge protectors and
rain sensors.
6. Provide an irrigation legend.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have
been addressed the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
