Dear Mr. Davis:
Bob Moore Construction, Inc. understands that today you will be issuing a Letter of Acceptance
on the above referenced project. We also realize that the following items are not complete as
of this date:
1. Grading north of the north paving line
2. Uncover manhole located in berm at southeast of the building.
These items will be complete as of August 12, 1994. Upon completion, Bob Moore
Construction, Inc. will contact you to examine these items.
