Halff Associates 8616 Northwest Plaza Drive Dallas, Texas 75225 Park West Commerce Center Lot 1, Block 6 Grading, Utilities and Drainage Plans Dear Mr. Chovan: The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1. Provide fire protection plans. Will another meter be required for this? 2. Plans need to be submitted on 24" x 36" sheets. 3. Show the existing Lone Star Gas high pressure gas main on south side of property. 4. Refer to the City of Coppell standards for connection to sanitary sewer manhole with deep service connector. 5. Provide additional sanitary sewer cleanout similar to what was provided for the warehouse on the west side of Executive Drive (Park West Commerce Center Lot 5, Block 7). 6. A letter needs to be provided requesting a variance for subgrade stabilization. 7. Driveways proposed on Executive Drive need to line up with existing driveways on west side of Executive Dr. There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the marked up plans along with three revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
