Following are the revisions to the second review for the paving, grading, drainage, and utility
plans for MJ Designs new headquarters at Park West Commerce Center;
Sheet G-1 Revise parking lot grades north and west of warehouse
Sheet STM-2 Lower Storm Sewer Line D
Sheet WS-1 Add two (2) 6 inch laterals with fire hydrants (discussed with Troy
Glidewell, 12-06-93)
Remove 2" copper connection note at Sta 28+85
Sheet SD Remove all Standard construction details
I am also including a copy of the pavement recommendations from the geotechnical engineer.
