development fee calculations for M.J. Designs Warehouse.
Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $15,300.00 and forward
it to Mr. Alan Johnson, Acting Finance Director, along with a copy of the fee assessment list. Please
provide our office a copy of the Engineer's Estimate or contract for this project so the construction
inspection fee can be verified.
Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our offices. Copies of your receipts will help us verify
payment of the required fees and assure a successful beginning of this project.

Water Impact Fee:

1 - 1%" Irrigation Meter/s = 5 ESU's
2 - 10" Fireline Meter/s = 5 ESU's
Total 18 ESU's @ $650.00 ea = $11,700.00
100% due prior to Council approval of final plat.
Wastewater Impact
