Dear Ken:
Following are the revisions to the paving, grading, drainage, and utility plans for MJDesigns new
headquarters at Park West Commerce Center:
· A pollution prevention plan has been included, the NOI will be submitted by the
contractor.
· The driveway on the west side of the property has been revised.
· a fire lane has been added to the paving plan and fire hydrants are shown at 300
foot intervals along the perimeter of the building. Existing fn'e hydrants along the
south side of Airline Drive are being considered pan of the fire protection loop
· the storm sewer system at the northeast comer of the site has been revised to
accommodate additional area to the east
· private an public storm drainage systems have been noted on the plans
· 100-year water surface elevations are shown on all appropriate profiles
· additional manholes have been added as shown
· private and public sanitary sewer and water systems have been noted on the plans
· fireline detector checks and meters are shown
· bored portions of utilities are shown
· the future offsite sanitary sewer system has been changed to a 12" line to
accommodate the necessary grades. Additional cover has been added to the
appropriate lines.
