Dear Mr. Davis:
The f].ushing of the sanitary sewer line is going smoothly and will be
completed 5oday.
All other items on the punch-lists are complete.
We also agree to install traffic buttons on Lodge Road, stripe the
temporary asphalt tie-in on Lodge and replace the damaged section of Lodge
as soon as the weather permits.
We will continue to keep dirt out of the streets and storm drain as
it is prudently possible.
TuElectric has been notified to go back as soon as the weather permits
and dress up all their ditches.
We would like to have our acceptance letter for the subdivision as
soon as we can and dated as early as possible. Please be assured that we
will continue to be cooperative and replace, repair and ~ake care of anything
that arises.
