On behalf of the City of Coppell, I would like to thank the DART staff for their cooperation in a recent
situation involving Coppell and the DART Rail Line that transverses our commllnity. We realize that
DART's policies and operational procedures are intended to limit the number of vehicle/rail crossing
points. However, in this situation I feel that your staff and the City of Coppell reached an equitable
agreement for all involved.
I would like to personally thank Lonnie Blaydes, and in particular Jan Seidner for their work on this
project. Their professionalism and straightforward approach helped to resolve this situation in the best
interest of all parties involved.
Please contact us if we can be of any further assistance to DART in their future endeavors. Once again,
