Attached are prints of the proposed storm sewer system for Pecan Ridge Estates, a subdivision to the south of Pecan Hollow. We anticipate utility construction within the next 4-6 weeks. These plans are currently being reviewed by your department. The final plat has been approved by the P. & Z. Commission and is scheduled for City Council on May 14, 1991. 2. The reason that the Pecan Hollow Addition plans for storm sewer line "B" are approved as shown is because the previous owner of the tract to the south, Mrs. Eby, would not grant permission to temporarily impact her property. Now that Mr. Ron Fraze, Everfine/Gateway Partnership, has possession of the tract, the situation has improved and Mr. Fraze signed an agreement to allow the proposed temporary improvements.
