Pecan Hollow Addition
Punchlist Items to be Completed as
per Request Related to Early Release of 8 Lots:
- All headers and sawed joint sealant needs to be within 1/8 inch of
road surface.
- Alley on Dogwood Trail west side of approach replace curb.
- Both drop inlet's on Do~wood Trail holding water and need cleaning
out. (Concrete and trash)
Dogwood Trail, Northside, curb going into pavers need's reworked.
Paver corner also reworked (High and low spots)
- Pavers need to be 1/8 inch above concrete surface - check all edges.
- Install backer rod in areas with gaps 1/2" and larger to a depth of
1" Clean and seal fiber board along Lodge Road back of curb.
- 317 Lod§e Road south drive approach, street pavement cracking.
- Alley between Dogwood Trail and Lodge Road will have several bird
baths at center line.
- Grace - at the turn will have bird bath outer radius.
- Grade shoulder at the asphalt approach.
- Sidewalk on the east side at the Grace alley - remove first panel of
sidewalk and repour.
- Route and seal all utility cut's made across old part of Lodge Road.
- Where does the water go on Lodge Road? What way does the water flow
and how does it get off the road. No drop inlets.
- Concern about the Dog Ear's at the center line of Lodge Road when
freeze/thaw cycle.
- Pecan Hollow and Lodge - Manhole needs grout and cleanin§ out.
- Manhole between Pecan Hollow and Grace exist. Needs grout and
cleaning out.
- Manhole at Dogwood Trail needs §rout and cleaning out.
- 18" gap where they raised the street.
- Clean-out needs plug. (Grace)
- Saw cut a control joint at the Grace alley.
