Dear Mr. Cameron:
In response to your letter dated April 8, 1991 requesting release for
model home construction in Pecan Hollow Addition, the release is granted
on the lot descriptions furnished (see attached), and with the stipulation
that punch list items relating to the utility construction and paving
construction furnished to you and the related contractors, be completed by
Monday, April 15, 1991.
If you should need anything additional, please let me know.

Dear Mr. Davis:
This letter is a request for city release on eight lots
for early starts which are designated for our builders' model
homes and construction trailers.
The builders and the early start lots are as follows:
Goodman Homes: Model Home - Lot 6, Block I known as
345 Dogwood Trail; and
Construction Trailer - Lot 3, Block I
known as 460 Grace Drive.
Weekley Homes: Model Home - Lot 1, Block I known as
349 Dogwood Trail;
Model Home - Lot 2, Block I known as
353 Dogwood Trail; and
Construction Trailer - Lot 4, Block I
known as 456 Grace Drive.
Drees Homes: Model Home - Lot 17, Block G known as
344 Dogwood Trail;
Model Home - Lot 16, Block G known as
348 Dogwood Trail; and
Construction Trailer - Lot 15, Block G
known as 352 Dogwood Trail.
Attached is a copy of the final plat that is color-coded
to match the builders and the lots.
