Saturday, February 16, 1991, the overtime rate is $20.03 x 4 =
$80.12. The overtime rate includes taxes for TMRS, Insurance,
Medicare, and Workers Comp.

Dear Larry:
Glenn Thurman, Inc. requests inspection from city of Coppell for
Saturday, February 16, 1991. We will be cement stabilizing on
Pecan Hollow project located on Lodge Road between Sandy Lake Road
and Parkway.
We agree to reimburse the City of Coppell the overtime rate of
$20.03 per hour based on a minimum of four (4) hours for inspection
services on this date.
