To: Lodge Road Homeowners
From: Pecan Hollow Developers
For the next thirty to forty-five days we will be completing the
paving and finalizing out Pecan Hollow.
While we have been an aggravation, what you will see evolve
adjacent to your homes will be:
A $150,000 plus landscaped wall made of stone and wrought
iron. Landscaped, sprinklered and maintained all year
with seasonal beautification.
$200,000 full custom homes built by Goodman Homes, Weekley
Homes and Drees Custom Homes.
We ask that you keep your cars off the street as much as possible
during a working day in this brief time.
When we saw-cut the existing pavement and the other half of
Lodge Road we will notify you and hope we can at that time keep
all parking off Lodge Road.
We'll sweep as much as possible and keep as much mud off the
street as possible.
We will appreciate your help in helping us expedite the completion
of Pecan Hollow for our mutual benefit.
