De ar Mr. Young:
You are hereby given Notice to Proceed on utility work for Pecan
Hollow Addition,in areas where site excavation has been completed
and accepted by City of Coppell officials. As we have discussed
by telephone, you are aware that the earthwork contractor is
still filling streets to grade in the interior portion of the
project. You have assured me that, though there may be additional
problems and delays in coordinating your work with that of the
earthwork contractor, this will not result in any additional
expenses or increased unit prices to the District.
Enclosed is one fully executed bound sets of contract documents,
in addition to the one given to you at the Preconstruction
Conference held on site this morning. Please forward one copy to
your surety. You should check with Mr. Larry Davis at the City
of Coppell to make sure you have satisfied the City's permit
requirements prior to placing utilities on site.
The calendar day contract time will begin today. In accordance
with the agreement, the work should be substantially complete by
November 27, 1990, 75 calendar days from today.
