Dear Ms. Hicks:
Enclosed are the items requested in item #2 of Mr. Strickland's
letter of May 21, 1990.
I apologize, but I thought everyone already had this information.
As we discussed, we are not and will not be building pads on
lots 1 through 10, Block C in the near future. We also are not
doing anything on ABQ's property and definitely will not until and
only if we have the property agreements worked out to our mutual
satisfaction.
I will be on vacation until August 27th and will contact
all parties then.
