Submittal is unacceptable.
The easements ar not re::erved on the plat especially those along
the north property line. The landscape and access easement
dedication between lot~' 8 and 9 of Block c is not shown or
indicated in writing.
Please check and verify 3wnership of drainage channel area, obtain
permission to drain intc channel and list any alley variances.

FINAL PLAN REQUIREMENTS

Water/Sanitary Sewer Plans:
Please make th¢~ following additions and/or corrections
as marked:
1) - Show existing water/sanitary sewer lines as
located in the area where they exist.
2) - Show proposed water/sanitary sewer lines.
(minimum sizes are 8")
3) ~-~ ~h~w~p~roposed placement of valves, manholes,
fire hydrants, clean out, water services, and
sewer services.
4) - ghe~ sanitary sewer line profiles as related
to existing and finished grade.
5) - Show all necessary easements as 20 ft. unless
the proposed easement is located between two
lots, then 15 ft. is allowed. If any off site
easements are necessary, all documents
concerning that easement shall be finalized
prior to Council approval of the final plat.
6) - If the development is anything other than
resi6ential, the building area shall be noted
on tPe plans.
7) ~/ Per ¢;ubdivision Ordinance Section XVI, Item
"B", Page 20, the following listed fees must
be p~id nine (9) working days prior to CC
meeting: water and sewer availability. . .

B. All materials shall be furnished by the
Contractor.
