is in piace for the 'land adjacent to the channel. The

The "conceptual design" approved via an agreement with the
i'ar~ ~ cf Coppe].]. Joint Venture II is that, a conceptual approval.
When the ct~an],.el imi ro'..,eme~t plans are developed they will be in
