Beal Prope~. These easement~ ~aina~~iat~d wEh Oakbend. ~ne
of those easements went along the somh line of the Beal Prope~ we to ~e propped park that
was originally planned for Oakbend.
Since the park has boen eliminated from the Oakbend projem, the easement now needs to e~end
westerly all the way to the proposed right-of-way for State Road. I have therefore amended the exhib~s
for this easement and have included three copies herewith. Please replace the old exhibits with these
new o~es.
I have explained this situation to Mr. Lacy and he agrees to tills redefinition of the easement area.
