Dear Mr. Lacy:
As a result of Coppel! ~ity Council action on the
Oakbend Addition zoning case, Centex was requested to
construct State Road along the western edge of Oakbend from
our south property line to the intersection with Thweatt
Road. The construction of this street will require a
dedication to the City of Coppell of 30 feet from your
property at the southeast corner of Thweatt Road and State
Road.
Attached with this letter are the dedication documents
for the above referenced property. Please execute the
attached document and return to me as soon as possible.
Your expeditious action on this issue is important as any
delay in the start of construction could significantly
impact the cost of this street.
