Test DC 2' for (2) ~ and (1) Irrigation. Need test paperwork.
2. Stub out needs pad and paint blue.
3. Curb stop valve stacks need pads or (1) Irrigation and (2) Domestic 2" meters,
4, Sewer cleanout grout inside around pipe,
$. Mark in red on curb MH and paint manhole lid red.
6. Fire Dept. f'n-e line needs caps (2).
7. Landscnpers need letter to not cover valves or ma~. oles.
