Emaih camarante@halff.com PROJECT: Park West Commerce Center Buildings IV & V Review comments for Park West Commerce Center Lot 1 R, Block 7 Mike, This memo will address the review comments on the letter dated November 10, 2000 from Mike Martin to Dave Littleton for Park West Commerce Center Lot 1 R, Block 7. 1) Need to show the existing elevations along the north and east property lines. The elevations along the north and east property lines have been shown on the Grading Plan. 2) Show all utility crossings on the storm sewer and sanitary sewer profiles. All the utility crossings have been shown on the two profile sheets C-5 and C-6. 3) Provide profile of proposed 6" sanitary sewer line. The proposed 6" sanitary sewer profiles have been provided on plan sheet C-6. 4) Fire hydrant spacing must be approved by Fire Marshal. We have revised sheet C-4, Water and Sanitary Sewer Plan, to meet the requirements of Fire Marshal Travis Crump, as discussed in a meeting with Mr. Crump on November 10, 2000. The hydraulic calculations for the relocated 12' recessed curb inlet on Wrangler Drive have been reviewed. Our review concludes that street flooding will not occur. Revisions have been made according to the redline comments on the plans dated 09/21/00 first submittal. See various sheets for corrections. Please call me at 214-346-6231 if you have any questions.
