The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:

Need to show the existing elevations along the north and east property lines.
Show all utility crossings on the storm sewer and sanitary sewer profiles.
Provide profile of proposed 6" sanitary sewer line.
Fire hydrant spacing must be approved by Fire Marshal.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. When all comments have been
addressed, please remm these marked plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for
