This is to inform you that Lone Star Gas Company does not have any gas mains in the easement
located in the back or side yard of the above referenced property today nor do we plan to locate
any gas mains in this easement in the future. Therefore Lone Star Gas dczs noL object to the
abandonment of the Utility Easement.
