Re: Development Fees - Pecan Valley
Dear Bill:
As we discussed on February 22, 1993, out records fail to show that some of the development
fees for Pecan Valley were paid. It was your opinion the fees were paid. Therefore, this letter
is written to request that you provide information in the form of paid receipts that show the fees
for Pecan Valley were paid. Also, as I stated, in an attempt to verify the overall construction
inspection fees, I would request that you submit copies of the total cost for the public
improvements for the Pecan Valley subdivision. These would include paving, drainage, water,
sewer, any excavation or filling within the right-of-way, etc.
