RE: TEMPORARY DRAINAGE EASEMENTS ON ADJACENT PROPERTY SOUTH OF
PECAN VALLEY SUBDIVISION
Dear Mr. Griffin:
I walked these temporary drainage easements with Larry Davis last
Tuesday, April 21. He ask us to do some minor grading around inlets
within our easements. Bill Anderson and I suggested also sodding
the area around these easements. In addition raising the fence a
few inches in this area would allow any water not caught by these
inlets to reach the alley.
Larry ask me to correspond with you and keep you abreast of his
wishes and our intentions for these easements. If you have any
further intentions please give me a call.
See enclosed drawing for approximate locations of these easements.
