The area designated for this walk through has been identified on the attached map. If you wish to submit a partial release for these lots, please insure that the following items have been corrected prior to the notification of partial release. 1) Station 2+16.14 - Line "C" - Regrout inside of manhole (ring). 2) At Park Valley and Park Valley Ct. - Place blue reflective marker for fire hydrant. 3) Park Valley - Lot #17 - Reset meter can. 4) Park Valley and Lodge - Clean out mainline valve stack.
