Dear Larry:
I appreciate your cooperation regarding the early start (or
Phase) construction of Lots 25 thru 35 of Block "A" in referenced
addition.
As we discussed today, the proposed utilities, consisting of
water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer, which are located beneath
or adjacent to Park Valley Drive and the alley behind said lots,
will be in place and the water and sanitary sewer lines will
be tested prior to paving of said area.
The testing can take place this week and should be ready for
cement stabilization next Tuesday.
