RE: Pecan Valley Addition
Dear Shohre:
As you know, we are currently constructing the above
referenced subdivision. The status of the project is as follows:
1. The excavation has been completed for lots 13
through 35, BLK A. The remainder of BLK A is
currently being completed. The lots in BLK B also
need to be completed. Park Valley Drive, Park
Valley Court and Beaver Run Drive (except for the
northwest 100') have been excavated and certified.
2. The utilities for the above completed area are
within 10 days to two weeks of completion.
The builders for this project have asked for cooperation so
that they can begin models by September 15, 1991. This can be
accomplished if you allow us to construct the pavement section
shown on the attached exhibit.
Our intent would be to pave the yellow and blue highlighted
areas with Pecan Ridge Estates. The yellow area would be opened to
construction traffic (home builders). We would barricade the blue
area until the entire subdivision is accepted.
This requested assistance from your department would be
greatly appreciated by us as well as the builders, and would
provide for an appreciable expedition of said development.
