Re: Pecan Valley Addition
Dear Larry;
We have now completed all of our pipe work on the Pecan Valley project.
This includes all water & sewer testing, televising, and compaction testing.
The T V inspection showed a small drip from one of the sewer services, and
we repaired a cap at this point. We also noted a small amount of standing
water just out of two of the manholes on the flattest portions of the
sanitary sewer, but we believe these to be in the 1/2" deep range, and should
be well within the allowable for the little amount of fall in the line.
The paving contractor is planning on starting their work on Monday the
9th, and we would appreciated you accepting the utility work to date, to
allow the paving to be done. As soon as you give us the go-ahead,
we will abandon the existing sewer system and reroute it into the new
line.
