~ased on my observation on-site of the inlet shown on the
attach~ illustration, I ~o not anticipate any significant
alternation to t?.e ~ystem as it was initially ~nten~e~. The
~oundation of the home is approximately 2.9 ~eet above the inlet
top.
It is my understanding that you inten~e~ to re~ove the transition
curbs at the end .of said inlet and replace the curb with a~other
curbe~ sect/on that will tran~ition into th~ ~rive~ay. It
is also my understanding that you inten~ to install a 6" height
curb ~ast of the inlet to ensure that the homeowner will not
damage the in~et or his vehicle.
~l.e~se understand that the purpose of ~his ~etter is for drainage
only and ~ot necessarily the function of the driveway for
vehicular access.
I accept no liability for any ~amage incurred due to this
situation.
