SUBJECT: Lod§e Road Opening
DATE: October 22, 1991
With reference to our telephone conversation today, Lodge Road will not be
open until around November 1, 1991. Lodge Road is currently under
construction along with the development of two new subdivisions -- Pecan
Ridge adjacent to the west boundary of Lodge Road and Pecan Valley
adjacent to the east boundary of Lodge. The developer has programed the
construction of Lodge Road with the construction activity of the two
subdivisions mentioned above.
A walk thru for paving inspection for Lodge Road is scheduled for Friday,
October 25, 1991 at 1:30. If construction is found to be complete and
acceptable to City staff, Lodge Road will be open to thru traffic at that
time. However, as is generally the case, there are usually several "punch
list" items which must be addressed before a road can open to the public.
Once the punch list has been completed, the road opens to general
traffic. In this case, we envision all concerns to be addressed no later
than November 1, 1991.
