Dear Shohre:
We are in the process of finalizing the construction of Lodge
Road and Pecan Ridge Estates. The paving contractor has prepared
the parkway of Lodge Road along Mr. Hitchcock's and Mrs.
Ihnfeldt's property. The slope along Mr. Hitchcock's property
conforms to the ¥ /., requirement. The slope along Mrs.
Ihnfeldt's property is graded to her satisfaction, but does
not meet the typical ¼"/, slope. The current slope does not
exceed 4:1. I am requesting that you review this request of
the property owner and inform me of your acceptance.
Although seeding is not a part of the final acceptance, I am
currently trying to seed or hydromulch this area with a mix
of bermuda and fescue which will still germinate to minimize
erosion.
Please let me know this week if this acceptable.
