Based on my prior conversation with you and Mr. Larry Davis
concerning early start excavation on subject addition, I am
requesting that excavation construction be released.
The final plat is scheduled for City Council action on May 14,
1991. Based on the status of your review, I anticipate receiving
approved plans within the next two weeks.
