Final Acceptance
Dear Mr. Clark:
A final inspection of the above referenced project has been confirmed by
representatives of the City of Coppell.
Paving and utilities have been verified and are in compliance with the
City of Coppell standard requirements.
Please follow the Erosion Control Ordinance as adopted by the City of
Coppell during the maintenance bond period.
The one-year maintenance bonds and as-built drawings have been received
from the contractor. Maturity on the bonds will be one year from the date
of this letter (November 15, 1992).
