Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75029 RE: 7.1784 Acre Site on Royal Lane Coppell Texas Dear Ken: We are working on purchasing the above referenced site and per the requirements of title transfer in the State of Texas, are platting the site so that it will have its own designated lot and block. Per the platting requirements of the City of Coppell, we provided a site plan for a "possible" building. We currently do not have a specific plan on the type ofbu'flding, the size of building or when we will be building on the site. We are purchasing the land as a land investment only at this tune. We request that the city not impose a roadway impact fee at this platting stage but rather impose a roadway impact fee at the time we apply for a Building Permit. We appreciate your consideration.
