Discrepancies/comments:
Oh Wednesday, June 12, 1996, a visual inspection was performed on the
metal roof deck spot welds and side lap screws. Results are as follows~
1) Deck welds- Welds were found to be in compliance after corrections
were made for areas with non-fusion to supports.
2) Side lap screws- Screws were fQund to be in compliance after missed
screws were installed.
