RE: Walk thru for Peninsula's
A walk-thru on the above referenced project was conducted on May 10, 1996
and the below items were found to be deficient.
1. Air relief valve's can need replacing.
2. Main line valve needs to be cleaned out and blocked out.
3. 4 cans ((2) - 2" meters and (2) -2" backflows need to be ground level.
(meters are too high).
4. Fire hydrant and main valve is in sidewalk. Main line valve needs to be blocked out.
5. 2" blow off is in sidewalk. Needs to be moved out of sidewalk.
6. Main line valve needs to be cleaned & blocked out.
