Dear Mr. Griffin:
We have verified the grading of the subject tract at the rear of the lots where the
plans showed concrete swales. Attached are sketches which indicate the verified
grades. The grades on sheet one are greater than one percent and, therefore,
removal of the concrete swale is satisfactory. The grades on sheet two indicate
several flat areas. It is possible for a one percent grade to be obtained on sheet
two. Once the one percent grade is established removal of this concrete swale is
also satisfactory.
I hope this addresses your concerns and will allow City acceptance of this
